For those officially “incompatible” computers, there is a way to migrate to Windows 11, an option recognized by Microsoft that allows you to skip TPM 2.0 and CPU checks.
Tutorial: How to install Windows 11 on incompatible PCs
This procedure is done by editing the Windows Registry, which is delicate. It is recommended to back up important data before starting.
Step by Step (Registry Editing Method)
This method allows you to bypass TPM 2.0 and processor family checks.
Step 1: Download Windows 11 ISO File
Go to the [official Microsoft download page for Windows 11] (search for “Download Windows 11”).
Scroll down to the “Create Windows 11 installation media” or “Download Windows 11 disk image (ISO)” section.
Select the version and language, and download the ISO file.
Step 2: Mount the ISO Image
Locate the Windows 11 ISO file you just downloaded.
Right click on it and select “Mount”. This will create a virtual drive in your file explorer, just as if you had inserted a DVD.
Step 3: Open Registry Editor
In Windows 10, press the Windows + R key combination to open the “Run” window.
Type regedit and press Enter to open Registry Editor. Confirm administrator permission.
Step 4: Create the Bypass Key
In the top bar of Registry Editor, paste the following address to quickly navigate: HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
Once in the Setup folder, right-click on the blank space in the right panel, select “New” → “Key”.
Name the new key MoSetup.

Step 5: Create the DWORD Value
Click on the MoSetup key you just created.
In the right panel, right-click on an empty space, select “New” → “DWORD (32-bit) Value”.
Name the new value AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU.
Double-click the new value you created (AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU) and make sure the “Value Information” field is set to 1.
Click OK and close Registry Editor.
Step 6: Start Windows 11 Installation
Go back to File Explorer and navigate to the virtual drive you mounted in Step 2 (the Windows 11 ISO file).
Run the setup.exe file found inside the unit.
The Windows 11 installer will start and, thanks to the registry modification, ignore the TPM and CPU incompatibility warnings.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Risk Note: Microsoft warns that when installing W11 on unsupported hardware, your computer may face instability issues and may not be eligible to receive future security or driver updates, which defeats part of the purpose of the migration. The use of this method is under the total responsibility of the user.
