He de reconocer que el título puede no ser muy acertado, pero no sabía como empezar un post dirigido a “acelerar” tu navegación web.
Pongo “acelerar” entrecomillado, porque las cosas son como son, es decir, NO PUEDES NAVEGAR MÁS RÁPIDO DE LA VELOCIDAD POR LA QUE PAGUES, es decir, si pagas por 1Gb, no vas a navegar a 1.5Gb y quien te diga eso te esta mintiendo como un bellaco.
Lo que si que quiero es decirte como aprovechar al máximo la velocidad que tienes contratada y sobre todo aumentar la rapidez de navegación (entendida, no como la velocidad de descarga de la web, que ya hemos quedado que eso no hay quien lo pase, sino la velocidad a la que tú vas a ver la página).
Lo voy a explicar para dos navegadores , CHROME y derivados, y FIREFOX.
PARA CHOME y derivados (yo uso SLIMJET como navegador principar por las características añadidas que tiene, sobre todo navegación con ratón y opciones de configuración) os voy a decir la configuración que recomiento:
1.- No sobre-carguéis con plugins y más plugins. Tened solo los necesarios para navegar rápidamente y si tenéis que hacer alguna cosa especial, descargar vídeos, convertir formatos…. tened el plugin listo para instalarlo o utilizar una de tantas páginas web que hay para ese cometido (cuando digo TENED LOS NECESARIOS, me refiero a que no los tengáis ni instalados, pues aunque estén sin habilitar os van a ralentizar)
2.- MIS RECOMENDADOS:
a.-Adblock para Youtube (vale de anuncios, y si quiero ver un video, veo ese video y no toda la publicidad que me cuelan,.- GANO RAPIDEZ)
b.- Autotube.- Eso de que ves un video y cada cinco minutos te sueltan un anuncio…. A TOMAR VIENTO, se acabaron los anuncios .- GANO RAPIDEZ
c.- DISCONECT.- Todo un hallazgo, paso de los que violan mi privacidad, me sueltan plugins y están viendo a ver lo que hago.- La velocidad es para mi información, NO para la suya.- GANO RAPIDEZ
d.- FASTER WEB.- Genial, ya que no puedo aumentar la velocidad, pongo este plugin que cuando estoy 65 milisegundos en un link su inteligencia artificial imagina que voy a pulsarlo y empieza a descargar la página antes de que yo clickée en su acceso.-PROBADO.- VA genial. GANO RAPIDEZ.
e.- Last pass.- Simplemente para tener todas mis contraseñas en un sitio. La mejor contraseña es la que ni tú mismo sabes, las genero con el programa y me voy a 12 caracteres, con MAYUSCULAS, MINUSCULAS, SIGNOS, CÓDIGOS, NÚMEROS……. .- GANO SEGURIDAD.
f.- Proxy VPN gratuito.- Que mi ISP no me deja aceder a una web…… no hay problema.- VPN y listo.
g.- Ublock.- La última actualización da problemas, pero anteriormente era el mejor bloqueador, y la velocidad va dirigida a lo que quieres ver, adios pop ups, recogida de datos y similares.- VELOCIDAD Y SEGURIDAD
h.- Web Boost.- Espera menos, navega más rápido.-
Para firefox, podéis buscar las mismas, no obstante, yo os digo, tengo SLIMJET para navegar y FIREFOX para programar, por lo tanto, tengo docenas de extensiones que tal vez a la mayoría no interesen, pero con FF no me interesa tanto navegar rápido, sino tener recursos.
Recomiendo también es tener distintos usuarios y en cada uno de ellos las extensiones que más os interesen para el propósito que hayáis creado ese user, ES DECIR, tener un usuario para navegar (con extensiones esenciales para eso), otro para programar, otro para el trabajo, otro para RRSS….. y así tenerlo todo controlado.

f.- Free VPN proxy.- My ISP won’t let me access a website…… no problem.- VPN and that’s it.
g.- Ublock.- The last update gives problems, but previously it was the best blocker, and the speed is directed to what you want to see, goodbye pop ups, data collection and the like.- SPEED AND SECURITY
h.- Web Boost.- Wait less, browse faster.-
For firefox, you can look for the same ones, however, I tell you, I have SLIMJET to navigate and FIREFOX to program, therefore, I have dozens of extensions that perhaps most of them are not interested in, but with FF I am not so interested in browsing fast , but have resources.
I also recommend having different users and in each of them the extensions that most interest you for the purpose you have created that user, THAT IS, having a user to navigate (with essential extensions for that), another to program, another for work, another for RRSS….. and thus have everything under control.
