The plenary session of the #EuropeanParliament approves by acclamation a resolution to harmonize the rights of people with autism.
For the first time, the Eurochamber focuses on the more than five million people who are estimated to have #ASD within the #EU so that their rights are recognized between countries through the European disability card, facilitating free movement with supports and accessibility systems that they require, and also urges the Council and the States to implement policies and specific budgets to improve access to diagnosis, education or employment.
